本研究論文主旨在提出二次電池複合式電壓平衡管理裝置平衡電路及管理系統設計,有別於其他主動式平衡電路會出現的高壓串接無法平衡問題,此電池管理系統以四串電池系統為主架構並可無限串接至高壓應用,提供完整的電池系統控制、電量平衡機制,利用DC/DC及電容儲存能量原理,在各種情況下將電池模組電位的電荷有效的轉移至同模組內低電量的電池芯,模組間平衡再經由第二迴路切換將較高壓電池模組的能量轉移來達成串聯電池組電量之平衡,達到延長電池壽命的功能,讓電池能在最安全狀態之下進行快速充電,提升充放電與電池使用上的安全性,改善電池組的性能與循環壽命。
The purpose of this thesis is put forward the composite secondary battery voltage balance management device BMS circuit and system design, there will be different from other active balance circuit of high voltage connected in series which fails to balance the voltage, this battery management system of the four-series cell based main structure can be infinite series with the high voltage applications, provide a complete battery system control, energy balancing function, the use of DC / DC and capacitive stored energy principle in all cases, effectively transfer the energy to the lower energy cell in the same battery module, the higher voltage battery module energy transfer to balance the energy of battery modules by the second circuit which can extend battery life, so as to charge the battery pack fast , improve on the charging and discharging of the battery performance and cycle life of the battery pack under the most secure state.
