本論文為研製具有主僕模式及串聯模式返馳式轉換器,採用IC L6562及一顆繼電器做電路控制並可精簡外部的控制電路。 L6562為峰值電流控制,電流模式具有快速響應之特性,此種控制方式不僅簡單,更可使各相轉換器間達到良好的分流率。利用兩組返馳式轉換器達到均流及串聯模式。 因此,本文提出利用一顆繼電器控制達到重載時為主僕式返馳式轉換器,輕載時為串聯模式返馳式轉換器,經由設計與分析,本文所提出的技術是可行的且具有低漣波、控制簡單、效率提昇等優點。
This thesis aims to design a master-slave quasi-resonant and dual-inductance mode Flyback converter. A commercial control IC L6562 and DPDT Relay are used to implement and simplify the control circuit. The L6562 IC is a peak current mode controller with fast transient response features. The error amplifier built-in the control IC can be used for adjusting the corresponding phase current to achieve current sharing functionality. The proposed control method is not only simple, but also can achieve excellent current sharing between phase modules and series mode. Two flyback converters are used to achieve current sharing and series mode. One flyback converter coupled with a relay can act as a Master-Slave flyback converter at full load, while the other can serve as a series mode flyback converter at light load. Through the work of this study, the proposed technique is proven to be practical and have the advantages of low ripple, simple control and low cost.
