本論文提出一種新式的並聯式同步整流反馳式轉換器的控制技術,以UC3842 IC為控制核心,利用額外增加的類比IC完成兩組反馳式轉換器具有交錯式操作。而且以MOSFET取代二極體的同步整流技術,解決傳統中央抽頭式整流器的二極體導通損失大的缺點,使得反馳式轉換器適用於低壓大電流的應用。為了提高並聯式反馳式轉換器的輕載效率,本文提出以關閉僕相電路的控制策略。並聯式同步整流反馳式轉換器的操作與設計,會在本論文中予以分析與討論,實驗結果證明了並聯式同步整流反馳式轉換器的電路的可行性。
This thesis points a new control technology which is a parallel flyback converter with synchronous rectification. In this new technology, UC3842 IC is the core of circuit control and uses the extra Analog IC which accomplishes the two sets of flyback converter whose characteristic is the cross operation. Instead of center-tap rectifier diode conduction, MOSFET will solve the disadvantage and make the flyback converter which is suitable for the application of low voltage and high current output. In order to improve the conversion light load efficiency of the parallel flyback converter, the control strategy of closing the slave circuit will be mentioned in this paper. The operation and design of a parallel with synchronous rectifier in flyback converter will be also discussed and analyzed. The result of experiment proves the feasibility of the parallel with synchronous rectifier in flyback converter circuit.
