堆高機(forklift)在車體前端之升降桅桿(mast)上裝置貨叉,並使貨叉能上升,下降,前傾,後仰來達到載物功能,但日前堆高機設計上都以載重貨物為考量,對於操作人員安全防護設計僅只於機構防護,未能有效達到安全防護功能,因此發生翻覆意外事件的發生頻率有逐年增加,並造成人員嚴重傷亡的現象。為了達到防護效果,本研究希望從自動防傾裝置上著手以減少意外發生,本研究考量製造成本效益,採用價格便宜的電子零件,利用角度規與速度感測器,轉向感測器來感測堆高機運動狀態,經由單晶片(single chip)邏輯演算法則來產生自動防護裝置之功能完,成自動防護裝置的基本設計與製作,並利用堆高機做實驗測試以印證此自動防護的效用。藉由可靠且價廉的自動防護裝置,以避免意外的發生並增進工作場所的安全。
Forklift is a kind of industrial truck that is used for lifting goods with mast assembly. In order to dencrease accidents in tipping over and avoid serious injuries or deaths, hereon we develop an automatic anti-tilt device to protect forklifts against tipping over. Considering manufacturing cost, this research adops simple electronic components such as goniometer,speed sensor, and steering sensor to detect working condition of forklift.According to the logic algorithm of single chip, the function of automatic protective is generated. Then, the prototype of automatic protective device is designed and manufactured. And based on the above prototype,experimental test is carried out to verify the theorem.
