本論文主要在應用實驗設計與統計分析的手法去設計工具機內藏式主軸之心軸第一模態,並藉由實驗設計常用的軟體Design Expert求得對輸出特性之第一模態有顯著影響的因子和其輸入因子與輸出特性之間的最佳化分析與迴歸方程式,接著再利用統計設計常用的軟體Crystal Ball去定義輸入因子的統計分析,經Crystal Ball的蒙地卡羅模擬運算後,可得到當考慮現實組裝中,輸入因子是統計分配時,輸出特性之主軸第一模態有何變化。藉由此設計流程可利用到現實生活中去管控輸入因子的變異從而得到穩定的主軸輸出特性。
This study primarily applies experimental design and statistical analysis techniques to design the first mode of the built-in spindle machine inside the machine tool. And we use the software, Design Expert, which is commonly used in experimental design to obtain factors that have significant impacts on the first mode of the output characteristics and to fathom the optimization analysis and regression equation for the input factors and output characteristics. Then, we use the commonly used statistical design software, Crystal Ball, to define the input factors for statistical analysis. After using Crystal Ball to run Monte Carlo simulations, we can obtain the changes in the first mode of the spindle in output characteristics when the input factors are considered in the statistical distribution in real assemblies. From the design process, we know that we can control the variances of input factors in real life and obtain stable output characteristics of the spindle.
