摘要


本論文提出一套以矩形與圓孔工件為量測目標的全自動尺寸量測系統,使用者操控端以美國國家儀器(National Instruments, NI)所開發的LabVIEW軟體開發平台進行設計,在電腦端(Personal Computer, PC)建構人機介面,PC端使用PCI-7390四軸運動控制卡對XYZ三軸移動平台的三顆步進馬達進行控制,而安裝於Z軸上的掃描式音叉探針作為感測端,利用凡得瓦力原理來感測物體,配合XYZ三軸平台記錄座標位置,進而完成尺寸量測,在量測前還進行傾斜度校正以補償量測數據,降低機械結構的誤差,並利用本論文所提出的旁觸法,改善量測精準度、減少量測時間,並提升整體量測效能。 本論文最後完成矩形與圓孔工件的量測,矩形工件採用標準塊規進行量測實驗,圓孔工件則採用自定規格的壓克力片作為受測工件,最後再以經過校驗的三次元量床產出的數據進行量測精度的比對,以驗證本系統的可行性。

This paper proposes an automatic system for dimensional measurement, which have a rectangular profile and round-hole profile, using National Instruments (NI) software (LabVIEW) to design the user interface, while the human-machine operations are programmed by personal computer. The PC connects with a motion controller device (PCI-7390), then controls three stepper motors which are installed on an XYZ three-axis machine. The tuning fork probe is installed on the Z-axis as the trigger sensor, which uses vander Waals force. The tuning fork coordinates the XYZ three-axis machine that records the coordinate and finishes the dimensional measurements. Before the experiment, the XY plane motion stage is calibrated, and the measurement data will be compensated based on this to reduce the mechanical error. We also use the side-touch method to improve the measurement accuracy, reduce the measurement time, and upgrade the measurement performance. This paper completes the measurement for rectangular profile and round-hole profile objects. The gauge block is used to measure the rectangular workpiece, and the acrylic block is used to measure the round-hold workpiece. Finally, we use the coordinate measuring machine to measure the workpiece, assess the measurement accuracy, and verify feasibility of this system.
