單相全橋式轉換器之新型高效率控制器

摘要


本論文提出一應用於單相全橋式轉換器之新型高效率控制器。此控制器採用交替式死帶控制技術,以提高轉換器之轉換效率及平衡功率開關之應力,並具有可調功率因數、弦波輸入電流與能量再生等功能。另外,所提之控制器不受系統參數影響,穩定性高。最後,配合VisSim及TI DSP TMS320F28335數位訊號處理器使用,模擬與實際量測實驗結果,來驗證本論文之正確性與實用性,並達到縮小電路體積、修改參數容易及降低開發成本,達到數位化之設計。

The purpose of this paper is to present a novel high-efficiency controller for a single-phase full-bridge converter. The controller is used with an alternating dead-band control technology; it improves the conversion efficiency of the converter, balances the stress of power switches, and could operate adjustable power factor, sinusoidal input current and energy regeneration. Furthermore, the controller is stable, not influenced by system parameters. Finally, it works with VisSim and TI DSP TMS320F28335 digital signal processor, simulating and surveying the experimental results, in order to verify the correctness and practicability of this study. To reach digitizing design that reducing the space of circuit, easy to revise the parameters, and lowering the developing cost.
