本論文旨在瞭解雲林縣國民小學教師兼任行政職務者工作壓力與因應策略之現況,且針對不同的個人變項比較工作壓力與因應策略之間的差異,並探討其相關情形。研究方法採問卷調查,以雲林縣公立國小兼任行政職務教師為抽樣對象,共發出504份問卷,取得有效問卷410份,有效回收率為81.3%。本研究採用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法、 典型相關分析等統計方法進行資料分析。根據資料分析之結果,獲得以下具體的結論: 一、雲林縣國民小學兼任行政職務教師整體工作壓力為中等程度,五個構面中以「工作負荷」的壓力感受最高,其次依序為「行政支持」、「內在衝突」、「專業知能」、「人際關係」。 二、雲林縣國民小學兼任行政職務教師產生工作壓力後,最使用的因應策略為「尋求支持」,其次依序為「解決問題」、「情緒調適」、「延宕逃避」。 三、雲林縣國民小學兼任行政職務教師在工作壓力感受上,會因性別、年齡、服務年資、教育程度、學校規模、兼任行政年資等不同背景變項而有顯著差異。 四、雲林縣國民小學兼任行政職務教師在因應策略上,會因性別、服務年資、婚姻狀況、學校規模等不同背景變項而有顯著差異。 五、雲林縣國民小學兼任行政職務教師工作壓力與因應策略有三組典型相關存在。
This study probed into the current job stress and coping strategy of teachers charged with administrative duties in elementary schools of Yunlin County, compared difference between job stress and coping strategy according to different personal variables, and explored the correlation. The research method was questionnaire survey, and the subjects were teachers with administrative duties in public elementary schools of Yunlin County. A total of 504 questionnaires were distributed, and 410 questionnaires were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 81.3%. The data were analyzed by independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe Method, and canonical correlation analysis. According to result of data analysis, conclusions are shown as follows 1. The total job stress of teachers charged with administrative duties in elementary schools of Yunlin County is medium. Among five dimensions, stress perception of “job loading” is the highest and the following are “administration support”, “internal conflict”, “professional knowledge and capability” and “interpersonal relationship”. 2. With job stress, the most common copying strategy used by teachers charged with administrative duties in elementary schools of Yunlin County is “support seeking” and the following are “problem solving”, “emotional adjustment” and “delay and avoidance”. 3. The perception of job stress of teachers charged with administrative duties in elementary schools of Yunlin County is significantly different according to gender, age, working years, educational level, school scale, years to be charged with administrative duties, etc. 4. Coping strategy of teachers charged with administrative duties in elementary schools of Yunlin County is significantly different according to different background variables of gender, working years, marital status, and school scale. 5. There are three kinds of canonical correlation between job stress and coping strategy of teachers charged with administrative duties in elementary schools of Yunlin County.
