LED導光圈之分光結構設計並分析其對光分佈均勻度之影響

摘要


本研究主要探討LED的光源在發光之後,進入導光圈內,於V型(翼型)分光結構部分的損耗與其對導光效果的影響。研究的進行首先係利用幾何光學的方式,將光線發光之後進入光圈內部的物理現象,寫成數學式來進行分析,並利用MATLAB將之寫成程式來進行計算,計算完畢後使用 UG(Unigraphics)繪圖軟體將MATLAB中所求出的角度繪製成直線,並將直線的交點利用雲線方式將之連成一條平順的曲線,接著再用這條曲線來建立V型分光結構, 匯至LucidShape光學模擬軟體中來進行模擬實驗。 接著利用Lucid Shape光學模擬軟體先進行原廠設計的損耗模擬與其傳導率,藉由模擬光圈V型分光結構上、與光圈斷面三處sensor的光通量來判定光通過的多寡,來判定光損耗率、與經過V型分光結構後的傳導率,接著將我們所設計的多組不同V型分光結構參數放進LucidShape內進行模擬找出其傳導率最好的一個,再用此設計與原廠設計件做比較,最後再將原設計分光面與設計過的V型分光結構分別放在條件相同的光圈上,比較其均勻度,最後將實際成品以NC加工製作模型以成品實際比對其功效,最終實際成品與模擬結果相同 ,其均勻度較原廠件為佳,並改善了原廠前端過亮問題。

This study focused on the LED light source after light, into the guide aperture , in V -type ( wing ) spectral losses and their impact on the structural part of the light guide effect . First, the Department conducted the study using the geometric optics approach, after the light -emitting aperture into the interior of the physical phenomena , written mathematical formulas to analyze and use matlab to write a program to calculate the use of UG (Unigraphics) drawing After the calculation software matlab obtained will be drawn in the perspective of a straight line , and the line to the intersection of the use of cloud -line connected into a smooth curve , and then using it to create a V-shaped curve spectral structure , and different angles of the V- spectral structure, exported to LucidShape optical simulation software to simulate experiments. Then use Lucid Shape optical simulation software first performed the original design and its conductivity loss simulation , simulation by the V-shaped aperture spectral structure , and the aperture section three flux sensor to determine the amount of light to pass through , to determine its V- optical spectral structure at the attrition rate , and after a v -type conductivity spectral structure , then we have designed multiple sets of V-shaped structure into the LucidShape spectral simulation to find out the best one conductivity , then this design and original design pieces for comparison, and finally the original design of smooth and designed V-shaped spectral structures were placed on the same conditions aperture , comparing its uniformity , and finally the actual NC finished with the actual manufacture of finished model than its effectiveness , and ultimately the same as the actual finished with the simulation results , the uniformity is better than the original pieces , there is no genuine issue front too bright .
