中文摘要 我國是農業大國,而農藥作為重要的農業生產資源,在我國農業發展中起著重要的作用,因此,農藥市場的未來走向和當前的經濟形勢特別是農業經濟息息相關。 所有農藥皆有酸鹼、腐蝕性問題,當農具經久放再重新使用時,酸鹼、腐蝕會使逆止閥咬死,造成爆管。為了提高競爭力、降低成本,同時又能滿足耐酸鹼之要求,成為此研究主要重點。 本研究中安全閥本體材質採用鋅合金鑄造,而彈簧是安全閥中最重要的元件。彈簧應能承受80bar的工作壓力,並且經過反覆疲勞耐久度測試,以確保安全閥隨時保持作動正常。 噴槍用來控制噴霧機幫浦的輸出壓力。當噴槍被關閉時,幫浦送出的高壓液體經由自動洩壓安全閥裝置回流,使壓力降至"零"。而當再次打開開關,立即恢復正常壓力。本研究具有的優點是:避免噴槍關閉瞬時的壓力驟增使管路破裂或軟管接頭迸裂,並節省能源10~30%,以及延長幫浦的壽命。 關鍵字:安全閥、逆止閥、自動洩壓、彈簧
Abstract Taiwan is an agricultural country. Pesticides are very important and affect production processes of croppers. Hence, the future pesticide market has much to do with current economic trend, especially agricultural economical. The pesticides have acid-base and corrosive issue. When agricultural machinery is reuse, acid-base and corrosives can damage the check Valve and cause tube burst issue. The study focuses on improvements in valve competitiveness and cost, and also to meet the requirement for acid-proof of the valve. The Valve body in this study is cast of zinc alloy and spring is important part of the safety Valve. The spring should be able to withstand 80bar pressure and passes a lasting fatigue test to ensure the safety valve function. A spray gun can control outlet pressure for an atomizing machine pump. The spray gun is shutdown, a high pressure liquid from the pump will backflow via bypass of automatic pressure relief Valve and reduces the pressure to “zero”. On the other hand, the spray gun is open and the pressure will return to normal. The study has advantages of avoiding water hammer effect tube and fitting to rupture when spray gun is instantly shutdown, and saving power usage to 10~30%, and extending life of pump.
