摘要

本論文主要設計反光片稜鏡角度至完成光學排列和警示燈花紋建立為一個模組，從中探討稜鏡角度與花紋R值的改變對於光的強度與分佈上的變化。
使用LucidShape光學模擬軟體分析其模組通過法規的可行性，設計一個通過SAE法規的汽車前車燈元件並製作電鑄模仁到最後射出生產製品，裝置在車燈上做配光量測與模擬分析是否相符，提供汽車做為一個安全警示功能的元件。
