本研究係以鋁合金2014自行車橢圓座管為例,以改變精抽過程中製造參數,來獲得橢圓管精抽製程變形的最佳參數。精抽過程中工件容易發生變形及殘留應力,導致影響產品之精度;所以我們以有限元素分析軟體DEFORM-3D模擬分析不同眼模角、摩擦係數、抽拉速度之參數,對其產品成形負荷、等效應力及等效應變分佈所產生之影響,然後我們從實驗發現眼模角為6°、摩擦係數為0.2時及速度為40mm/sec為此橢圓形管材生產最佳條件,並從所得最佳參數對精抽的組合與影響性,來作為管材精抽的理論基礎及日後不同寬厚比管材精抽之參考資料。
The research is an example with 2014 aluminum alloy of oval-shaped tube of bicycle , change the parameter of exact drawing process to get the best parameter. During the exact drawing process ,the work is easy to buckle and to left stress to affect the accuracy of the product , so we analysis the influence of different die semi-angle 、fraction factor 、 drawing speed with limited element DEFORM-3D software for the load of crystallizing and effective stress 、 effective strain , then we discover that the die semi-angle is six degree 、 fraction factor is 0.2 、 speed is 40 mm/sec , which are the best parameter of oval-shaped tube from the experiment as the basic theory of exact drawing and the reference of different breadth、 thickness for exact drawing combination and influence in the future。
