摘要

在今日競爭激烈的環境裡，滿足顧客需求是獲取成功的最佳途徑。而品質機能展開，即為一可有效整合外部市場需求，以及內部產品製程的重要方法。本研究主要以塑膠射出成型機之產品開發為例，探討如何運用品質機能展開法進行新產品開發，以確保所開發產品能符合顧客需求，進而提升企業的競爭優勢。同時，並探討企業在運用品質機能展開從事新產品研發過程中，如何建立起知識的管理流程與知識庫，以進一步提升組織新產品的開發成效。最後，本研究希望此研究成果，能作為未來塑膠機械產業業者從事新產品開發時之參考依據。

In the competitive environment, satisfying customers’ requirements is the best way to get succeed. Quality Function Development (QFD) is an important method that integrates external market demand and internal product manufacturing processes. By taking plastics injection molding machine an example, this study discusses how to use QFD to develop new product and to satisfy the customers’ requirement, therefore raises the competitive advantage of the company. In the meantime, this research also investigates the business how to build KM processes and knowledge base in the period of using QFD to develop new products, furthermore increases the performance of new product development. At last, this paper hopes the results can serve as reference for the companies in Taiwan’s plastics processing machinery industry while developing new products.
