本文研製智慧型無感測電動防冰雹網,由於高緯度地區中國大陸、歐美等地區,常有冰雹災害發生之苦,易造成農作物損害影響收成,故本文研製電動防冰雹網,預防天侯不佳狀況下冰雹時,透過電動防冰雹網,可有效的削弱冰雹大小厚度,減低冰雹對於農作物傷害。本文所規劃使用的直流無刷馬達, 微控制器為Microchip dsPIC30F4011,利用直流無刷馬達的特性以及微控制器的控制,可將電動防冰雹網,快速展開與收復、急停並進行調整轉速等功能,此文電動防冰雹網無感測元件,利用微控制器內部計時器計數馬達霍爾回授訊號控制馬達正反轉,當到達設定距離並立即使馬達急停。文中針對設備模型架構以及直流無刷馬達所需之驅動與互補三相全橋式驅動電路架構、回授控制等,進行介紹及討論。
This integrated research investigates the development of "Intelligent Sensorless Electric Anti-hail Networks." Hail occurs most frequently within continental interiors of the high-latitudes, such as in Mainland China, Europe, America and other high-latitude regions. It causes serious damage to farmers' crops. As facing the problem of climatic variability, therefore, through the studies of Electric Anti-hail Networks, we can effectively use them to weaken the size and thickness of hail, reducing hail damage to crops. This thesis aims to implement brushless DC motor. As for Micocontroller Unit, it refers to Microchip dsPIC30F4011. With the features of the brushless DC Motor and the control of Micocontroller Unit, it’s simple to make Electric Anti-hail Networks unfold faster, revert, even stop within seconds that helps adjust the speed and other functions. Under the sensorless condition of Electric Anti-hail Networks, by using the internal timer of Micocontroller Unit, which counts the motor Hall feedback signal, can control the motors’ forward and reversion rotation. As the motor reaches the set-up distance, it will then stop immediately. The focuses of this research are the model for the device framework, brushless DC motor and its driving control, complementary three-phase full-bridge driver circuit framework, feedback control, etc., which will be introduced and discussed further in the paper.
