由於3C產業的進步許多方便性產品隨之誕生,手機螢幕上所使用的玻璃基板已成為手機上所必需的零件之一,本論文針對於的玻璃基板上無法使用接觸式量測的玻璃基板端面尺寸、玻璃基板的邊緣瑕疵高度以及玻璃基板的長寬,利用數位影像處理及幾何量測原理建構一套量測系統。 為驗證本系統之量測性能,針對本影像量測系統進行重複性分析,另藉由與比較影像量測儀及影像量測顯微鏡,以驗證本系統之準確度。由實驗結果顯示本量測系統之玻璃基板端面尺寸寬度尺寸重複性±0.003mm內,準確性在0.011mm與角度的重複性在±0.44°內,準確性在1.03° 、玻璃的長寬重複性在±0.025mm內 與準確性在0.046 mm 、玻璃瑕疵高度重複性在±0.006mm內,準確性在0.01 mm內。
As the progressive of 3C industry made many convenient products, glass substrate has become one of the important parts for the mobile phone panel. In this thesis, an image measurement system built by image processing and geometrical measurement theory has been developed for the dimensional measurements of a glass substrate including length, width and chip height which cannot be measured by contact measurement method. To verify the measurement performance of the system, repetitive analysis of the image measuring system has been carried out. By the comparison measurement between the developed system and the measuring microscope, the accuracy can be proved. The experimental results show that the repeatability of dimensional measurements is less than ±0.003mm and the corresponding accuracy is less than 0.011mm. The angle repeatability of glass face substrate is less than ±0.44° and the accuracy is 1.03°. The repeatability and accuracy of the glass substrate length and width are ±0.025mm and 0.046mm. The repeatability and accuracy of the chip height of the glass substrate edge are ±0.006mm and 0.01 mm.
