雲林縣銀髮族財務配置與生活規劃之研究-以斗六市與麥寮鄉為例

A Study on The Finance and Life Planning among The Elders in Yunlin County: A Case of Douliou City and Mailiao Township

摘要

本文主要在探討高齡化社會下影響銀髮族資產配置的原因，以及資產配置的差異對銀髮族老年生活品質的影響。當銀髮族將資金購置或投資不同的資產項目，如銀行存款、股票等，即是所謂的「資產配置」。本文以雲林縣斗六市及麥寮鄉之銀髮族為研究對象，經問卷調查發現，銀髮族的財務規劃與教育程度、退休前月收入及目前可支配所得等變數有關，且銀髮族的資產配置以流動性高的動產為主，而銀行存款持有比例為最高。此外，居住都市地區的銀髮族教育程度較高，其退休前收入也較高，因此資產配置多樣化，其老年生活品質較佳；然而，居住鄉村之銀髮族，其退休前收入較低，資產以祖傳土地為主，所以其老年生活品質較差。由此可知，銀髮族退休前收入的多寡，會影響其資產配置情形，進而影響銀髮族老年生活規劃及老年生活品質。

This study was aimed to investigate the appearance reasons how to influence the asset allocation when senior citizens under an aging society, and the impact of senior citizens since the different way of asset allocation. This study used questionnaire survey, the subjects for this investigation whom live in Yunlin County Douliou City and Mailiao Township. We found that the asset allocation of senior citizen was related to some variables, including the level of education, pre-retirement income, and so on. When senior citizens’ education level are higher, their pre-retirement income will increase, which leads to a better quality of life for the elderly. In addition, senior citizens living in urban areas with higher educational attainment and pre-retirement income, so their asset allocation were more diversification, they had the better quality of life in old age. However, the senior citizens living in rural with lower pre-retirement income and their assets most from ancestral land, so the quality of life were poor in old age. Therefore, the way how to reallocate assets will affect senior citizens’ life planning, and then influences the quality of life.
