本研究探討水霧對車輛排氣的淨化效果,針對稀釋過後的氨水做為水霧系統之液體,對於汽車所排放出的廢氣通過水霧器來進行廢氣汙染改善並分析。 研究過程中自行設計噴霧板以及廢氣箱,並使用微處理器寫入PWM控制邏輯以及ANSYS模擬廢氣流動情形,將廢氣箱加裝於原排氣管後方,並且利用微型霧化器將液體霧化,來淨化使用四行程汽油引擎之車輛所排放出來的廢氣,並分析水霧系統對車輛行駛中排出汙染物之改善效果。 加裝水霧器所需的成本低,不需要更改引擎內部設定,僅需千元左右就可以有良好淨化廢氣的效果,如CO的值可以減少62.93%。,HC的值可以被降低到81.9%,和NOX的值降低63.5%。
This study is to investigate the effect of atomization in a vehicle emission system. Diluted ammonia liquid was used as liquor in spraying system. Particles produced by exhausted gas from engine of vehicle which were cumulated through atomized spray in a self-development collector. In the study, a self-designed atomization plate and a gas tank controlled by the micro-processor using a PWM control logic was prepared for micro-particle test. A soft well named ANSYS was utilized for analyzing the distribution condition of rejected gas. An atomizer with micro nebulizer was mounted as a filter to purify the gas come from a gasoline-engine of vehicle. Amazing results can be reached by proposed atomizer system, such as the value of CO can be decreased at 62.93%., the value of HC can be decreased to 81.9%, and the value of NOX was reduced 63.5%.
