電動休閒床可以調整背部和腿部的傾斜角度,不但具備醫療照護功能,同時也可以改善生活品質,例如可以再床上閱讀、看電視、休息…等,讓使用者在居家電動床得到高品質的休息與居家生活。本論文將重新設計居家電動床,其主要目的有四:1.降低馬達之驅動力(讓運動更平順)、2.降低居家電動床之整體重量(減少材料成本)、3. 降低居家電動床之主床架的高度(減少運輸成本)、4.減少居家電動床之主床架的焊接點數目與焊接總長度(減少生產製造成本)。 本研究重新設計居家電動床,首先收集相關學術期刊、論文和專利等相關文獻資料,依據電動床之功能與機構類型來加以分類,並探討其優缺點以及對使用者所產生的影響;接著,針對現有設計進行改善設計,利用機構合成之方法,找尋最合適的連桿機構,進行床架運動機構之尺寸合成;最後,進行建床架運動機構的靜力分析,期望設計出滿足本論文目的之居家電動床。本研究所設計之居家電動床成功減少18.6% (46%)背部(腿部)運動機構之電動缸出力、降低36.5%床架重量、降低27.6%銲道總長、降低19.4%的床架高度。
Electric leisure bed can adjust the inclined angle of back and leg. Not only have the function of the medical care but can also improve the quality of life. For instance, we can lie on the bed to read, watch TV, and take a break. It let user have the highest quality of rest and their life. There are 4 main purposes in this thesis to re-design electric bed as follows. 1.Reduce motor’s power (which help move smoothly). 2.Reduce overall weight of electric bed (which diminishes the cost of material). 3.Reduce height of main frame of electric bed (which diminished the cost of transportation). 4.Reduce number of welding points and welding length of main frame of electric bed (which diminishes the cost of production). In this study, first, analyze and classify the literatures and patents of electric bed. And, find out their advantages and disadvantages for user. Then, aim on the re-design the electric bed to meet the purposes of this thesis. The results of this thesis are shown below. 1.Reduce the forces of electric cylinders of the back and leg motion mechanisms by 18.6% and 46%, respectively. 2.Reduce the weight of electric bed by 36.5%. 3.Reduce the welding length by 27.6%. 4.Reduce the main frame height of electric bed by 19.4%.
