電動床架之工程設計

摘要


目前電動床的驅動方式,從手動式、氣壓式,一路發展到現在的依靠電動缸的驅動方式。而床體運動方式,主要分為背部運動,與腿部運動二大類。本研究設計將根據這些設計方案,並增加其舒適性重新設計居家電動床。 本研究之目標為設計出一款新式居家電動休閒床。主要是背部運動機構是增加一組連動機構,藉由滑塊推動腰部向上,順便帶動頭部構件向上仰起。 經重新設計後,本研究所設計的電動床,電動缸的推動力量可以比原始床架的起始推動力量其最大值減少56.2%,也將整個雛型機設計繪製出來,其中包括縮小尺寸的模型。

The drive manner of electric bed can be classified as: manual type, pneumatic type, and electric-cylinder type. Moving parts of electric bed may be back plate and leg plates. Based on the existing design, this study focus on increasing the comfort of electric bed. The purpose of this research is to design a new electric bed. In this research, two linkages are added into the back plate moving mechanism. When back plate moves up, the waist-support will be pushed up and push the head-support up. The engineering new design of the new electric bed is accomplished. Based on the force analysis, the driving force of the new electric bed is 56.2% less than the existing design.
