伺服沖壓機構運動與動力分析

摘要


本研究針對中鋼大聯盟計畫之電磁矽鋼片製程伺服化沖壓系統進行開發設計,主要利用伺服沖床可改變沖壓速度之特性來調整時序,來達到一機多工以及改變衝壓速度達到緩慢沖切矽鋼片之目的,進而改善矽鋼片電磁特性,其中以向量迴路法進行曲柄機構之運動分析來求得沖壓速度,以及使用牛頓第二運動定律進行動力分析,研判機台運作機械特性如機座反力、桿件傳遞力、驅動扭矩和馬達功率等等,並加入時序控制將實際機台之最大上模重、最大加壓力和能力發生點等參數來對沖模運動曲線進行曲線合成,並撰寫應用程式進行設計分析,來研判其正確性以及合成之曲線是否合適,完成以製程速度不變為前提,用伺服控制將沖壓時速度下降以及改變回程速度,使整體馬達功率下降,以及改變沖壓速度控制滑塊適應多種沖壓模式,如沖剪、鍛造、引伸、彎曲等。

This research is focus on the patent analysis of procedure for electrical coiled silicon steel sheet in China Steel Corporation project. Servo punching machine its feature can change the speed of pressing and adjust the time series. In order to reach goal of multiplex function and change pressing speed of slow punching coiled silicon steel sheet. To improve its electromagnetic properties by using Vector Loop Method analyzing the motion of crank mechanism to obtain the punching speed via Newton's second law of motion to analyze and read the operation condition on machine. For example, counter force from machine, transmit force from members, driving torque, motor power rate, etc. Experiment also use the time control on machine its reality parameter of max upper die weight, capacity and rated tonnage point, etc., combine the trimming motion curve. All the above analysis methods via Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 to write an applied program to speed up the calculations and analysis and conclude its accuracy and the combing curves are appropriate. In the premise of change not the process speed, use servo control to slow down the punching speed and change the return speed to make the whole motor power down increasing the life of motor and also change the punching speed to control slider to fit more model of punching, for example punching, forging, extension and bending, etc.
