摘要


本論文旨在討論讓低噪音冷光板模組化驅動器符合安全認證測試要求。依據UL (Underwriter Laboratories Inc.) 法規,即美國UL安全試驗所簡稱UL,進行實驗量測。針對驅動器安全性特性進行分析,並依其相關檢測標準進行測試,其中包含電源結構的安全測試(包括外殼、耐壓測試、絕缘阻抗測試)、機械結構的安全測試(包括電源線拉力測試、電源線回推應力測試)及戶外使用之安全測試(包括灑水測試)等三大部分,進行研究。最後與安全認證法規做測試認證比較,證明本驅動器確實能夠達成符合安全認證要求。

The main study is to discuss the cold plate for low-noise modular driver safety certification testing requirements. According to UL (Underwriter Laboratories Inc.) regulations, the United States UL safety tests are referred to as UL, the experimental measurement. Security features for the drive to analyze, and their relevant testing standards for testing, which includes the power structure of the safety testing (such as enclosure, dielectric voltage withstand test, insulation resistance test), mechanical testing of structural safety (such as strain relief test, push-back relief test) and outdoor safety tests (such as rain conditioning test) use three parts, were studied. At last, testing and certification laws and regulations with reference to safety certification to prove that the drive is indeed able to reach the safety certification requirements.
