泛用型冷光板驅動控制器之研發

摘要


本論文旨在研發適用於不同大小面積之泛用型冷光板模組化驅動控制器,以提升冷光板使用壽命及縮短冷光板廣告開發時間。 本驅動控制器製作過程先針對冷光板之特性進行分析,並依其特性研發泛用型冷光板泛用驅動控制器,其中包含EMI抗電磁干擾電路、全橋式整流濾波電路、全橋式換流變頻電路與弦波整型濾波電路等四大部分,再針對多樣化廣告發光方面針對多段跳與漸亮暗模組化調光電路設計。 利用可程式單晶片(Programmable System on Chip, PSoC)作為核心控制器,以弦波脈波寬度調變(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation, SPWM)來提供全橋換流器開關驅動控制訊號、模組化多段跳觸發訊號及脈波寬度調變(Pulse Width Modulation, PWM)漸亮暗調光控制訊號等。 最後在與市面上販售之冷光板驅動器做比較,證明本驅動器較市售驅動器具有更高的適用性與多樣化。

The main study of this thesis is research and development a general purpose Electro Luminescent (E.L.) panel for the universal modular drive controller, the E.L. life expectancy could be extended and shorten the development time for E.L. advertise panel. The making of the driver control unit is to proceed the E.L. performance analysis, and develop a general purpose driving control unit, that include EMI Anti-electromagnetic interference circuit, full-bridge rectification circuit, full-bridge inverter, and integer sine wave filter. For the diversify advertising luminescence purpose, we design the light saturation control circuit. By optimizing the Programmable System on Chip (PSoC) as the core control unit, which providing Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) to control the full-bridge inverter switch, multi-hop trigger signal, and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals for the gradually light and dark dimmer control. At last, on the market of E.L. panel driver compare with this universal modular drive controller to prove that this driver has higher flexibility and diversification than the market of driver.
