大尺寸冷光板分散式驅動模組之設計與開發

摘要


大面積的冷光板應用在市場上深具潛力,但受限目前的製程限制,大尺寸冷光板以1m × 3m為主,仍不足以滿足大面積市場需求,必須將多塊大尺寸冷光板進行整合。為了適應各種大面積,考量彈性與實用,分散式驅動模組之設計有其必要。驅動器除了要能驅動大尺寸冷光板之外,在好幾塊冷光板作組合應用時,驅動器之間也必須能互相連結溝通才不會使廣告效果喪失。本文針對大尺寸冷光板(1m × 3m)開發其驅動器,且以分散式驅動模組的概念,一個分散式驅動模組供給一塊冷光板發亮,當冷光板以拼湊方式組成大面積時,分散式驅動模組可以互相連結,而模組的連結能達到同步化,具有良好整合廣告效果。

Despite having a huge market potential, the production of large area luminescent panel is constrained by its manufacturing procedure and is dominated by products with an area of 1m×3m which fall short of the demand in large size panel market and make it necessary to bring several panels together. To accommodate different large areas while taking resilience and practicability into account, it is useful to design dispersed driver modules to drive individual large size luminescent panels as well as to sustain advertising display through the interconnection and communication between the drivers when several panels are used in combination. This article discusses the development of drivers for large size luminescent panels (1m×3m) and explores the idea of dispersed driver module, in which one module is responsible to illuminate one panel, and in the case that several panels are patched up to form a larger area, the dispersed modules can be interconnected and synchronized to deliver an integrated advertising display.
