乃因台商至大陸經商因為喝到假酒,導致失明之事件時有所聞,利用紅外線影像偵測防偽偵測技術為時下最為先進的非接觸影像辨識技術,將設計標籤黏貼於瓶蓋及酒瓶接合處,再以黑色薄膜覆蓋其標籤,肉眼無法看到其標籤,需使用本論文之紅外線影像偵測系統掃描,方能識辦其標籤,當瓶蓋轉開後,此黑色薄膜及標籤會被破壞,而無法在重覆使用,標籤及黑色薄膜只能一次性使用,因此,本系統優於其他防偽之方法其原因,一次性使用之標簽及薄膜、首創紅外線防偽系統、系統簡化操作方便、系統成本低而易於實施及有效提升防偽效果等諸多特點,提高偽造成本、減少原廠商因偽酒造成之損失、保護消費者之安全及降低飲用到偽造酒品之傷害。 此研究所設計出的可運作成品,可依照實際酒瓶需求而量身訂做出來的,所以不單單只是一個專題研究,而是可直接套用於酒瓶或瓶裝品之設計。此一設計更於2009年12月的韓國首爾及2010年6月美國匹茲堡國際發明展中,榮獲銀牌獎。
It happens that some businessmen go blind because they drink fake wine. Therefore, the IR Image Anti-fake Recongition technique is developed in this study to help the detection of fake wine. This creation is to use the principle of infrared detection, which involves pre-setting the genuine labels of original manufacturers at the junction of the cap and the bottle, and covering the labels with black film so that the labels cannot be seen with the naked eye. Instead, they can only be identified by scanning with an infrared photography detection system described in this paper. After a bottle cap is twisted open, the black film and the label will be destroyed and cannot be reused, as the labels and black film can only be used once. Therefore, this system is superior to other anti-counterfeit methods, boasting disposable labels and film, pioneering an infrared anti-counterfeit system, simplified system, easy operation, low system costs, convenient implementation, effectively improved anti-counterfeiting effect and many other features; these features can increase the cost of forging, reduce the losses caused by counterfeit wines to the original wine manufacturers, protect consumer safety and decrease the risks of drinking counterfeit wine. The technique can be applied on the real products because the tag and the black film can be designed into various shapes according to wine bottles. Furthermore, this technique has won the Sliver Medals in Seoul, South Korea in 2009 and at the International Invention Exhibition in Pittsburgh, USA in 2010.
