摘要


本論文在於提供一種兼具日間目視與夜視影像輔助功能的車底安全(物體底部)監視攝影裝置,藉以改善習之技術的結構所產生的缺失,不僅可以在日光照射充足、外界光線不佳以及夜間的天候下進行車底安全監視盤察作業,並可利用紅外線攝影技術在黑暗區域完全清楚成像,藉此檢查車底是否有異物或是有危險物品,以提高盤查的精確性及效率,進而可以避免有心人士將危險爆裂物夾帶於車輛底部而發生危險之情事。這就是本設計研究的主要課題。此研究所設計出的可運作成品,是依改善習之技術的結構所產生的缺失設計出來的,所以不單單只是一個專題研究,而是可直接實用於車底安全監視盤察作業。此一設計更於2009年12月的韓國首爾國際發明展中,榮獲特別獎、金牌獎,2010年6月美國匹茲堡國際發明展中,榮獲銀牌獎。

The thesis provides a monitoring camera device with video-assisted function both in the day and night for the safety under the bottom of a car (bottom of the object) to improve the drawbacks generated by the structure of learned technology. It can not only monitor the bottom of a car in the weather of good adequate sunlight or poor lighting and in the night, but generate clear images in the dark region by means of infrared photography to check if there is something or dangerous material under the bottom of a car to improve investigating accuracy and efficiency and to further avoid the happening of something dangerous that someone brings hazardous explosives to the bottom of a car. This is the main topic of this design and research. The designed operative product in this research is based on improvement of the drawbacks generated by the structure of learned technology. Therefore, it’s not just a special study, but it can be directly used to monitor the bottom of a car. This design won the gold medal and special award in Korea International Exhibition of Inventions, Seoul, in December 2009, and the silver medal in International Invention Exhibition, Pittsburgh, USA, in June 2010.
