本研究應用問卷調查法,分析教師在人格特質、理財行為與退休理財規劃的現況。以雲林地區國小教師作為研究對象,採用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,委請各種可提供協助者代為發放問卷,並回收後進行分析資料作為推論依據。在教師的人格特質、教師的理財行為,以及教師的退休理財規劃,係參考王傳蒂(2006)、溫騰光(2007)等人關於個人理財的相關調查問卷;將所蒐集的資料以敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、信度分析、單因子變異分析、卡方檢定及皮爾森積差相關檢定進行處理。經研究分析實證結論如下: 一、不同背景的教師人格特質變項在投資行為上沒有顯著差異,但從比例與人數來看,不管是內控或外控特質的教師,皆偏好投資穩健性之商品。 二、教師會檢視自己的理財與投資計劃,並且在教師理財工具的選擇偏向保守。 三、教師整體的退休理財規劃工具偏向保守,以及教師對自己的退休規劃偏向積極。 四、教師之退休理財規劃與理財行為有密切的關係,以及教師規劃自己優質的退休生活時,偏向於較保守的理財行為。 關鍵字:人格特質、理財行為、退休規劃
This study has application the questionnaire survey, analysis the situation of teacher in Personality Traits, financial behavior and retirement financial plan.We use primary school teachers in Yunlin County as research subjects, using convenient sampling method for questionnaire, invited any person who is able to give assistance to questionnaire and recovered them for analysis as our based inference. As for the teacher’s personality traits, financial behavior and retirement financial plan, we refer the personal finance of Chuag-Ti Wang (2006), Ten-Kuang Wen (2007) and more people’s questionnaire, dealing with the data we had collected by Discriptive Statistic, T-test, Reliability, One-way ANOVA, Chi-Square test and Pearson Correlation Analysis. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Teachers’ personality traits vary from different background, they didn't have obvious differences, but from the number of proportion, no matter internal control or external control, all the teachers prefer to invest on robustness’ merchandise. 2.Teachers will examine their financial management and investment plan, and have bias on conservative in their financial management tools. 3.Overall teachers’ retirement financial plan tools have bias on conservative, and they will be aggressive on their own retirement financial plan. 4.There is a close relation between teachers’ retirement financial plan and financial management, while teachers are planning their good quality of retirement life, they will have bias on conservative in financial management.
