轎車基本資料庫管理系統之研究

摘要


一般在市面上流通之保養廠管理軟體或汽車修護管理系統,皆有相關汽車零件基本資料管理,而其環境軟體多數以Visual Basic結合Microsoft Access資料庫為主。因Visual Basic是架構在Basic程式語言上,易於入門及學習,但其維護及擴展性比較不易;在目前嵌入式系統環境中多以C++/C為設計語言,故本研究係利用UML統一建模語言觀念作為系統分析及設計,再以物件導向技術並使用C++程式語言,以Visual C++整合式開發環境介面搭配使用微軟基礎類別(Microsoft Foundation Classes, MFC),而資料庫部份則結合關聯式資料庫Microsoft Access 2003及定期保養週期表來建立轎車基本資料庫管理系統。系統內區分為四個子系統和兩個次系統,其中子系統有車籍資料管理、車主資料管理、檢修資料管理、零件資料管理等子系統;次系統有檢修明細管理、零件建議等次系統,其功能有新增、查詢、更新、瀏覽記錄之規劃,用以提供完整使用功能及操作。 經由規劃與電腦實作模擬驗證,本系統功能可提供清楚記載車主檢修零件歷史記錄,並可依行車里程提供給車主有關保養方面之建議,亦可清楚瞭解車主的車況並可事先安排車子進廠維修,故可預防及避免因疏忽維修而造成意外事故之發生,因此可達到確保人車安全。另外,此系統亦可提供發展車輛基本資料庫管理系統之參考模式。

Most of the car service management software or the car-repaired management systems on the market all include the function for managing the basic information of auto parts. Many of these applications are based on Visual Basic combined with Microsoft Access database. Like Basic programming language, Visual Basic is easy for beginning learner but it is difficult to maintain and extend. Since most of the embedded systems were programmed with C++ language, the study aims to utilize the concept of Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a means to analyze and design the system. In addition, by adopting the object-oriented programming, using C++ programming language, applying Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) to the Visual C++ interface, and combining Microsoft Access 2003 relational data model with the regular-maintaining table as the data model, the management system of automobile basic information database is established. The database consists of four subsystems and two secondary systems. The four subsystems are as the following: vehicle ownership data management system, vehicle owner data management system, repair data management system, auto parts data management system. The two secondary systems are repairing details system and advised auto parts selection system, providing users to add the new data, search, update and examine data history. After planning and computer simulation, this database system can clearly provide the repaired data, and the vehicle owner can obtain the maintaining suggestions based on the vehicle mileage from this system. In this connection, it is obvious to understand the conditions and arrange the repair beforehand, and therefore it can avoid and prevent the accident and ensure the people safety. Furthermore, it could be the reference model for developing the vehicle basic data management system in the future.
