近年來由於物價上漲,及國際間環保意識高漲,對於使用過的輪胎及其資源再利用已成為一大課題。因此,國內輪胎翻新(Retreaded Tire)產業也逐漸發展起來。輪胎翻新最主要是為達到延長輪胎胎體的使用壽命、減少天然資源的耗用量及資源回收再利用的環境保護目的。 本研究的目的主要運用田口法來決定最佳的橡膠配方。不同摻合比例及不同原材料的混合,透過混煉、加促及硫化工程,對其成品的物理性能、硫化曲線及輪胎體磨耗程度是有相當程度影響。因此,本研究以田口法去預測當配方橡膠比例及橡膠種類改變時,分析其物理性能、硫化曲線及實體磨耗的相關性,以協助研發工程師在工程進行前可先行預測,減少試作次數與縮短開發時間。最後,預測的配方比例以及膠料種類改變後的配方,將可在同樣的混煉與加促條件下進行成品的製作;製成品以實體輪胎用徑向走行測試機進行產品的試驗,以確保產品符合經濟部標檢局之產品安全標準,並使輪胎耐磨耗成度達到目前業界之水準。

In this study, the Taguchi method used in rubber formulations to predict the feasibility of different admixture proportions and mixing of raw materials, through mixing, plus promoting and curing works, their finished products to the analytical instruments to measure physical properties of the finished product,the curing curve and the degree of tire body wear and data processing, remove the more important value, and then to the Taguchi method to predict when the change of the proportion of formula rubber and rubber types, to analyze their physical properties and curing curve and the correlation of the physical wear. Before the works may be provided to assist the R & D engineers predicted that reducing the number of test for and reduce development time.
