本次實驗所使用之母材為Inconel718鎳基超合金和AISI304不銹鋼,中間填料用黃銅,利用暫態液相接合(Transient liquid phase bonding )將兩母材分別以不同的持溫時間進行接合。接合完後,做微觀結構分析、硬度和機械性質試驗等,以瞭解材料彼此間擴散的程度及接合之機械強度。實驗發現,在1170℃、20N/mm2下的暫態液相接合時,在持溫10min時有最高的剪切強度。隨著時間的增加,母材與中間層之元素相互擴散性良好,中間層之硬度有明顯的提升,惟壓力的不足造成接合界面有缺陷,導致機械性質差。
Using Inconel 718 superalloy and AISI304 stainless to be base material on this ,brass being filler, using transient liquid phase(TLP) bonding let two base materials are bonded to different times. After bonding, and then microstructure analysis, hardness, mechanical and other test, to discuss the extent of the spread of the material with each other as well as the mechanical strength of the joint; It was found that, when at 1170 ℃, 20N / mm2 transient liquid phase bonding temperature in 10min when holding the highest shear strength. As time increases, the base material and the middle layer of the mutual diffusion of elements of good hardness intermediate layer has improved significantly, but the pressure caused by insufficient bonding interface defects, resulting in poor mechanical properties.
