汙泥進料系統之開發

摘要


本研究團隊已開發TD系列之旋風式乾燥機-Typhoon Dryer,該設備可將含水率80 %的汙泥,降至35 %,減輕約70 %的汙泥重量,可繼續深度乾化。然而運轉中發現,ψ30~110 mm之大汙泥,常導致料口堵塞,進而影響乾燥效率。 本研究乃結合粗破碎機、細破碎機,與震動篩、儲料倉、輸送機及相關零組件做整合,開發新的進料系統。 經研發,二段式粗、細破碎機,效果已可將ψ150 mm大顆汙泥破碎為約ψ25 mm以下之細碎顆粒,其中約90 %在ψ20 mm以下。剩餘約10 %大於ψ20 mm之汙泥,則透過震動篩篩除於系統之外。 本研究通過30天,每天8小時的運轉測試,已成功將汙泥尺寸限制在ψ20 mm以下,並達到2 ton/hr的順暢進料。而這套可行的系統,對於未來汙泥的處理提供了一個可靠的方案。

The co-operative team develops sludge Dryers of Typhoon TD series which can reduce its water content rate from 80 % to 30%, comparable with deep drying process. The processing rate was frequently limited by the size of sludge since large sludge of ψ30~110 mm may cause a blockage. The study, therefore, develops a novel input system by integrating a purpose-built breaker associated with COARSE breaker (B2-1), FINE breaker (B2-2), vibration filter, storage cabin, conveyors and other necessary accessory parts. The results suggest that a purpose-built breaker associated with COARSE breaker (B2-1), FINE breaker (B2-2) may reduce the size of large sludge from ψ150 mm to ψ25 mm. The sludge larger than ψ20 mm was around 10% and was removed by a vibration filter before output to the Dryer. After running testing for 8 hrx30 day, this study has successfully limited the sludge size below ψ20 mm and achieved a continuous feeding of 2 ton / hr. The viable system provides a reliable solution for the future sludge treatment.
