施工案例的特性研究評估泥濃式推進工法在污水下水道的應用

摘要


政府在近幾年中將污水下水道建設列入重大經建計畫中,起因世界各國早已將污水下水道建設列為重要施政方針,經調查瑞士、英國、荷蘭等國家的污水處理率皆已達95﹪以上,反觀我國,除北高兩市外,其餘各縣市的用戶接管率仍偏低。 為此,營建署特別在民間興建(BOT)部分,於97年3月舉辦全國各縣市聯合招商說明會,其目的係藉由民間充沛的資金及效率,來加速提升污水下水道建設的腳步。 污水下水道工程的中、大管徑施工方式為推進工法,施工廠商將對於地質及相關條件選擇適當的工法。相較於鄰國日本,該國污水下水道工程技術較為熟練,因此開發了諸多工法,同時,將其中最利國內環境的泥濃式推進工法引進,除應用於污水下水道外,更有廠商使用於其他維生管線。 本研究特針對泥濃式推進工法於污水下水道工程的應用,並舉出三個案例對於交通、地下管線、地質等影響予以評估探討,同時呼應該工法之特性,以利爾後設計施工之參考依據。

In the last few years, sewage construction was included in government major economic plan, because of international communities have already listed the sewage construction as an important administration policy. From the research, the wastewater treatment coverage has already reached to above 95% in Switzerland, England and Holland. However, other than Taipei and Kaohsiung, the customers in all other cities still have low coverage. For this, Constructions and Planning Administration, particularly build(BOT) part, has hold the presentation in each national county City to consociate canvass business in March, 2008. This purpose is by using public funds and efficiency to accelerate the footstep of the sewage construction. The method for medium and big tube the path construct way in sewage construction project is named Pipe Jacking Method. Constructing manufacturer will choose the appropriate work method for geology and related conditions. Compare with Japan, the sewage engineering technique is trained and developed. The “slurry pipe jacking method” is most effective used to benefit their typical environment. This has been not only applied in sewage construction, but also in other living pipeline projects. This research is aimed at the application of sewage engineering by using the “slurry pipe jacking method”. And the effectiveness study is made for the influences among in the environmental factors of transportation, underground pipeline and geology. Through the studies, the significances of “slurry pipe jacking method” are concluded for design engineer use.
