本研究係利用模糊層級分析法,探討連鎖餐飲業銷售據點之選擇因素,同時對於連鎖餐飲業者在地點選擇時會考慮的因素進行比較分析,了解其認知相異之處。 本研究共分為四項衡量構面,分別為基地因素、商圈結構、交通條件、財務成本,及16 個次準則。研究結果表示,連鎖餐飲業者在選擇店址設點之時,首先考慮的因素是商圈結構,而交通條件次之,再來就是基地因素,最後則是財務成本。並分析比較其差異,從而導致連鎖餐飲業者會優先考量這些因素。 本研究最後,也特別依據研究結果,對於連鎖餐飲業者對於地點因素之選擇,存在較大的認知差異,做出整理,以提供有意進入連鎖餐飲業的新進業者作為參考。
This study uses FAHP to explore the selection factors of sales offices in the chain restaurant industry and conduct comparative analysis with factors which the chain restaurant businesses always consider when they choose location to understand their cognitive differences. This study is divided into four measurement dimensions, respectively as base element, district structure, transportation, financial costs, and 16 sub-criteria. The research results indicate that when the chain restaurant businesses choose store location, the first considered factor is the district structure, followed by traffic conditions, then is the based factor, and finally is the financial cost. And they conduct analyzing and comparing the differences of these factors, therefore resulting in chain restaurant businesses will give priority to consider these factors. Finally, this study particularly bases on the results, there is a big difference in perception of choice of location factor of the chain restaurant businesses, to make order and provide reference to new businesses interested in entering the chain restaurant industry.
