熱電裝置之應用於變流冰箱

摘要


全世界都已經非常重視全球暖化以及環境生態破壞日益嚴重的問題,其中HFCs(氫氟碳化合物),HFCs以HFCs中使用最廣泛的HFC-134a為例,其在大氣中累積20年的溫室效應為二氧化碳的3400倍,目前的生產量約50%使用在汽車冷氣系統,15%使用在家用冰箱,35%則用於商用與家用冷氣以及超市冷凍系統,人類需同時重視經濟成長與環境保護,以永續經營地球。 本文利用熱電致冷晶片(Thermoelectric Cooler),將熱電致冷(熱)晶片裝置於長30公分*寛25公分*高24公分,約18公升箱中,借以產生致冷功能,本文中以TEC1-12705-1.4-1.6 (內含127組 N型與P型半導體)、利用直流電源之電流改變,減少電能之消耗,與多段式溫度控制電路同樣可以達到致冷功能。此成果應用在節能減碳。 關鍵詞:熱電致冷(熱)片。

The global warming and the destruction of environmental and ecological problems have attracted great importance in the whole world. For example, HFC-134a, most widely used in HFCs (hydro fluorocarbons), gets 3400 times greenhouse effect than CO2 in the 20-year accumulation. The 50% production of HFC-134a is used in automotive air conditioning systems, 15% is used in domestic refrigerators, and 35% is used in commercial and household air-conditioners and supermarket freezing systems. Human needs while focusing on economic growth and environmental protection to sustainable earth. In this thesis, we put Thermoelectric Cooler in a box with dimension of 30 cm(L) x 25 cm(W) x 24 cm(H), about 18 liters, in order to produce the cooling function. The TEC1-12705-1.4-1.6 (includes 127 p-n junctions) can reduce electrical power dissipation by changing DC current. It may achieve the same cooling function as the multi-stage temperature control circuit. The results can apply in energy conservation and carbon reduction.
