本文利用熱電致冷晶片(Thermoelectric Cooler),將熱電致冷晶片夾藏在屋頂鐵皮之間,因陽光照射鐵皮屋造成的高溫,與室內溫度的差異,造成兩者間的溫度差異,形成發電原理;另外,使用此電力驅動灑水馬達灑水降溫,取代一般家用電來驅動灑水,達到節能減碳的效果。由實驗結果知在屋頂鐵皮之間溫差達40℃時,TEG-127-1.4-1.6 (內含127組 N型與P型半導體)可發電1.5V、使用防火綿製成感測模組,在隔熱效果最有效。另外,為加強屋頂鐵皮之間溫度差異,將散熱片一端插入水槽中,讓兩端溫差不會因時間增加,造成兩端溫差下降,故此感測模組適合安裝在溫差發電裝置上。此成果將可應用在節能減碳之裝置上。
The present research utilized thermoelectric cooling chip which was placed in between the roof tin and adopted the temperature difference, caused by sunlight, between outdoors and indoors to generate power. Then, for the purpose of energy conservation, this power was then used in replacement of the general household electricity, to drive sprinkler spraying water on the roof top to lower the temperature. The experimental results of this study indicated that when the temperature difference up to 40℃, the TEG-127-1.4-1.6 (containing 127 units p-type and n-type semiconductors) with fire resistance cotton as sensor module (the most effective insulation effect) could generate as high as 1.5 volts power. In addition, in order to reinforce temperature difference, the present research put one end of heat sink into a water tank to avoid the temperature difference of two ends reducing with time. In this way, the sensor module is suitable for temperature difference generator.
