具有TEG廢熱回收充電之燈具

摘要


充電電池通常使用在生活中隨處可見的便攜式產品之中,作為裝置動力源的電池好壞也將有所影響裝置,故能夠簡單的瞭解電池壽命,將可避免裝置非預期的損壞;本論文以HT46RU232微控器以控制溫差發電晶片TEG 127-1.4-1.6作為發電模組設計,配合LCD顯示電池充電量,可瞭解該電池是否符合產品規格及壽命情形,結合多種專利優點,藉以整合出可同時具備廢熱回收、充電電池蓄電、電池壽命檢測及延長LED使用壽命等...多功能性之裝置;由實驗可瞭解,本論文作品可較一般市售充電器縮短約30%充電時間,並可檢測電池使用壽命,以協助LED散熱以延長使用壽命,同時兼顧原有燈具照明功用,藉以達到環保、節能的功效。

Rechargeable batteries are commonly used in ubiquitous portable products. As the power source of devices, the quality of rechargeable batteries will also influence the performance of the devices, so a simple understanding of battery life can help to prevent unexpected damage to devices. This study designed a power generation module that uses a HT46RU232 Microcontroller to control the Thermoelectric Generator TEG127-1.4-1.6, and an LCD to display the battery charging quantity, in order to know if the battery conforms to the product specifications and service life. It also combines the advantages of multiple patents; it is integrated into a device with multi-functions, including waste heat recovery, battery recharging, battery life check, LED service life extension, etc. From the experimental results, the design of the study can shorten the charging time by about 30% compared to general chargers on the market, monitor battery life, assist in LED heat dissipation to prolong the service life, while also serving as a lighting device, thus achieving the goals of environmental protection and energy conservation.
