TEG晶片在機車排氣管廢熱發電之研究

摘要


日常生活中,有許多設備運作時會產生不要的廢熱,如果將此廢熱能運用在其他用處上,將會是生活上一大便利,摩托車排氣管的廢熱便是其中之一,本文利用熱電致冷晶片及溫差發電晶片的相互運用,將機車的廢熱運用在冰箱之上,我們把溫差發電晶片架置在排氣管上,利用排氣管上的熱能與空氣的溫度差異,產生電能,再將此電能傳送至熱電致冷晶片,來驅動晶片冷面效果,讓行動冰箱能持續運作,進而帶來生活便利,且也達到能源回收再利用。 實驗中我們採用溫差發電晶片TEG-241-1.4-1.2作為發電核心,將廢熱能利用TEG中的發電效應來發電,利用此電能驅動熱電致冷晶片TEC-127.05中的冷熱效應,並將冷面端架置行動冰箱裡,再加裝風扇將冷能集中,實驗結果顯示此裝置需30分鐘以上,才能達到有效冷藏效果。然而溫差發電裝置改善成機車電池替代,此實驗中,在十分鐘之內,箱體溫度便可由23℃降至15℃。

In daliy life , there are many devices generate waste thermal energy we don't need, if this waste thermal energy can be used in other ways , life would be more convenience , one of waste thermal energyis generated by exhaust pipe of the motor vehicle , in this paper ,we utilize both Thermoelectric Cooler Module and Thermoelectric Power Generating Module to apply waste thermal energyis generated by exhaust pipe of the motor vehicle to refrigerator running , We mounting the Thermoelectric Power Generating Module on the exhaust pipe , using the temperature difference between heat and air exhaust pipe to generate electricity , and then transfer this power to the Thermoelectric Cooler Module to drive chip Cold effect , it can let fridge keeping running , further , to bring the convenience of life, and also to achieve energy recycling. In this experiment , we used Thermoelectric Power Generating Module TEG-241-1.4-1.2 as power core , and utilize TEG of Generation effect to generate electricity ,then Thermoelectric Cooler Module TEC-127.05 of hot and cold effects is driven by these electricity ,moreover seting up cold end in fridge , plus install the fan will be able to focus on the cold, the experimental results show that this device takes 30 minutes or more, in order to achieve efficient refrigeration effect.However, alternative Thermoelectric Power Generating Module into a motorcycle battery, in this experiment, the cabinet temperature can be reduced from the 23 ℃ to 15 ℃ within ten minutes.
