簡易型刀具幾何檢測機台開發

摘要


隨著刀具研磨發展快速,其刀具尺寸精度的要求也越來越高。然而刀具研磨前後分別有砂輪組與刀具精度的問題。而影像量測在目前工業上應用的範圍廣泛,可以量測微小尺寸的工件,符合刀具量測尺寸精度上的需求。如有量測儀器能有效的量測刀具幾何外形,便能大大提升生產效率以及刀具品質。 本論文建構一台簡易型刀具幾何檢測機台,搭配CCD透過影像擷取卡擷取刀具外形、旋轉式編碼器以及光學尺的輔助量測,完成線上量測系統硬體架構,並在此機台上開發一簡單、方便、易操作的人機介面。此機台利用數位影像處理技術以及簡單的數學幾何計算方法,以市面上泛用刀具(平銑刀、圓鼻刀、球刀)為基本刀形,便能簡單量測刀具基本幾何尺寸,以得到精確的量測結果。

Due to the rapid development of tool grinding, the tool precision needs more and more than before. However, it exists the problems of the group of diamond wheel and tool accuracy before/after the tool grinding processing. At present, the image measurement in the industry is used for the application of the wide range can be measured small demand of the workpieces. It conform requirement of the tool accuracy. If the measurement instruments can be measured tool geometry effective, it will improve productivity and the quality of the tools. It builds an easy-using of the image detector for tool geometry in this study, the detector is captured shape of tools by an image acquisition card and measured by the rotary encoder and linear encoders to build the hardware of the online measurement system and develop the easy, convenient, operational of Human Machine Interface to combine with the measurement instruments. It use the image processing and calculate the simple of mathematics geometry for the based shape of tools (end mill, radius end mill, ball end mill) to measure the dimension of the tool geometry easily. The accuracy of measurement is mainly to capture images, analyze those, and write the control of the programs by image measurement technology and the control of the programs. To use the capture of the images and the analytical results of the programs can obtain the accuracy of the measurement results by comparing and revising programs repeatability.
