在企業的經營中,經常會面臨相當多的不確定因素,這些不確定因素亦即是風險。這些風險對於企業目標是否能夠順利達成有著很大的影響,因此,近年來風險管理的觀念越來越受到企業的重視。 當前企業的經營環境越來越艱困,企業除了要面對與日俱增的外在競爭壓力外,還需面對隨時可能發生的各種風險,如何能在風險發生前有效地加以防範,以避免造成企業重大損失便成為企業經營的重點工作之一。對於從事大型設備維修工程的企業而言,工作上的風險明顯要高出許多,這些風險如果未妥善因應預防,則公司將可能蒙受虧損,嚴重的話也可能造成人命的損失。有鑑於此,本研究之目的即是探討大型維修工程專案之風險管理,本研究以實際發電廠風車的維修工程為例,針對維修專案的內容進行風險辨識、評估、因應及控制之規劃。期望將來從事類似工程專案時能實際落實風險管理,將風險可能帶來的損失減至最低。
There are many uncertainties existed in the business operation. These uncertainties are so called “risk” which has a significant influence on whether the company’s goal can be achieved or not. Therefore, more and more companies are paying more attentions to the concept of risk management in recent years. The rapid changing environment has become more and more complex and difficult for most of the companies. Today’s company not only has to face an increasingly external competition, but also has to deal with a lot of different kinds of risk every now and then. How to identify the risk factors in the company and prevent them from happening has become an important job for the company to avoid major loss and damage. As for the company specialized in the large-scale equipment maintenance project, the maintenance project related risks apparently are much higher due to the complexity of such project. Without proper control of the risks in the project, the project’s goal, cost, and worker’s safety will suffer. In this study, an actual maintenance project of the power plant fan is used to demonstrate the process of risk identication, risk analysis, risk response and risk control. Hopefully, the result of this study can be used as a reference for similar project in reducing cost and improving worker’s safety.
