具影像記錄功能之起子

摘要


本論文研製之具影像記錄功能之起子,在於提供一種具記憶且辨識規格形狀以及搜尋工作件所在位置等功能之手工具,不僅在操作上可以節省體能及時間,還具有操作方便及使用容易等特點。 其目的一,在於提供具記憶與即時辨識等功能的起子工具。因此在手工具上設有數位攝影裝置,用以對該工作件攝影及產生該工作件之規格形狀的影像訊號,再於手工具盒上設有一影像顯示單元,用以將該影像訊號轉換成可供辨識該工作件規格的顯示畫面,據此,使用者依據該影像顯示單元之顯示畫面,而得以知悉該工作件的規格或形狀者。 目的二,在於搜尋設置於眼睛不易辨識工作件所在位置時,可以提供一種具有具錄影及播放工作件之影像功能,而可達到操作方便及使用容易,並可以節省體能及時間等之特點。 為達上述功效,其影像處理器電性連接一記憶體,該記憶體可供寫入,具有一具錄影、播放功能的控制程式,並可做為儲存錄影作業的記錄媒體。 此不單單只是一個專題研究,同時也是我國目前手工具產品未來發展趨勢與走向。此一設計於2011年12月的韓國首爾國際發明展中,榮獲銀牌獎。於「2012台北國際發明暨技術交易展」,榮獲銅牌獎。

A procedure is a screwdriver with image recording function for recognizing as shape and specifications ,and looking for locations. It can not only save stamina and time , but use easily and conveniently. One of the proposes is for providing a recordable and recognizable screwdriver. The digital video camera which is on the screwdriver can take a photograph and picture signals about the target’s shape and specifications. The monitor can accept and transfer the picture signals to a appeared picture. The user can according to the appeared picture to know the target’s sharp and specification. The other of proposes is for searching for target’s location . It can provide the recording and appearing functions for saving time and stamina . Of course ,the user can use it easily and conveniently . For above proposes, the monitor contact with a memory which can be written in the recordable and show able functions , and saved the video. This’s not only a thesis, but the future trade of our hand tool . This design won the silver medal in Korea International Exhibition of Inventions, Seoul, in December 2011.,and the copper medal in 2012 Taipei International Invention show and Technomart.
