非圓形齒輪量測系統之開發

摘要


目前常用的齒輪量測大多是以接觸的方式為之,而高精度的齒輪需依賴昂貴的齒輪量測儀器,對於小尺寸及非圓形齒輪的量測儀器則是在開發階段尚未成熟。非圓形齒輪之節曲線為非圓形曲線,並依設計者之設計而有所不同,目前並無相關非圓形齒輪量測系統的開發。由於非圓形齒輪之節曲線外形與齒形皆為複雜之曲線,現有的影像量測儀無法精確地測量出齒輪的重要尺寸及齒形精度,量測所耗費的時間也相當多。有鑑於此,本研究將開發影像處理應用於非圓形齒輪的量測技術,首先針對非圓形齒輪的外形輪廓進行特徵的擷取與計算,以量測出齒輪的齒冠、齒根、齒厚等基本參數,並與理論非圓形齒輪進行圖形參考點與座標軸的定位以進行比對,據以求出節距誤差、齒形誤差等各項重要精度指標,因此本研究提供可靠的非圓形齒輪量測方式,亦可解決以往無法量測非圓形齒輪製造精度之課題,成果亦可應用於其他型式的平面齒輪與其它複雜外型的檢測。

In commercial, most of the measurements of gears are measured by the direct contact between the stylus and gears. However, the device is expensive and can’t be applied to small gears and non-circular gears. The pitch curves of non-circular gears are different with each other due to the various applications. Non-circular gears are so sensitive to parameter variations. At present, there is no relevant development of gear parameter detection system for the non-circular gears. The measurement of non-circular gears is more difficult and time-consuming than the measurement the circular gears because of the additional parameters and variable pitch curves. So, the image processing technology is applied to detect the parameters and precision level of non-circular gears in this thesis. The characteristics of shape contours are captured and calculated for the detection of gears outside diameter, root diameter, the tooth thickness, etc. Thus, the results of this research provide reliable method to measure the non-circular gears and also can be applied in the measurement of circular gears and other complicated geometry.
