新型超音波輔助旋轉熔接機構之開發

摘要


本論文主要針對超音波熔接及旋轉熔接兩種加工方法之相似性及相異性進行分析探討,並應用其加工特性,整合設計出結合超音波熔接及旋轉熔接之新型整合型熔接加工機。此整合型加工機,主要原理係以高速馬達旋轉兩工件,使導能角頂部摩擦產生高溫。當熱塑性材料達到熱變形溫度時,施加適當壓力於另一種材料上,表面會在半融熔狀態下達到熔接,同時再以超音波振動子激振,及聲波焊頭之放大位移,使接觸摩擦面可達到溫度上升之效果。本研究成功設計製作出該新型熔接整合型加工機,在異種材料熔接加工上得到滿意之成效。此外,在這研究中,模擬指數型聲波焊頭,以振動模態與簡諧分析找出焊頭之振幅放大比,利用有限元素法模擬驗證,提供設計者可先模擬後加工,以作為機台主要系統開發之參考。最後由開發之機台,以熔接測試觀察接合處上微結構情況,並使用田口方法,求得此機型之影響控制因子,以調整過後之因子做確認實驗,結果證實可提高抗拉強度之機率密度,亦由田口法中變異數分析找出因子的貢獻度。

The purpose of this study is survey the integrated skill of ultrasonic welding and rotary welding, and its application on different type materials. Ultrasonic welding is the joining or reforming of thermoplastics through the use of heat generated from high-frequency mechanical motion. Rotary welding is a technique to press two parts together and one part is hold fixed the other rotates at high speed, the friction between the two parts generate heat which causes the parts to melt at the interface, when rotation stops, the weld cools down and solidifies. The success of this study design of the integrated processing of new welding machine, welding of different type materials in satisfied welding interface can be obtained. In addition, in this study, the simulation of the exponential type of acoustics horns, vibration mode and a harmonic analysis to identify welding horn to enlarge of the amplitude ratio. That is use of finite element method simulation, help to designers can simulate after machining. According to that can be development of major systems. Finally, to be experimental and observation of the micro-junction structure by developed of machine, and that use of Taguchi method to obtain the effect of this machine signal factor. According to the factor of adjustment that doing confirmation experiments. Prove this method can increase the tensile strength of the probability density, and from ANOVA of Taguchi to obtain the contribution.
