太陽光電能之微型最大功率追蹤控制器研製

摘要


本論文提出微型最大功率追蹤器(Micro MPPT)應於太陽能供電系統之研究,並提出具串接式昇降壓轉換器(Buck-Boost Cascode Converter)作為追蹤器之電路架構。本系統之最大功率追蹤器以RENESAS M16C29微處理器,來當作最大功率追蹤之擾動觀察法運算控制器,並使用具串接式電路架構來提升追蹤器之轉換效率。因應現今太陽能發電系統,遇到遮蔽物轉換效率較差;本文採用分散式電路架構,來減少集中式太陽能發電系統遇遮蔽物時,轉換器所損耗之功率。並利用ZigBee無線網路之網路拓樸建立各單元網路溝通介面,並透過網路通訊將分散式太陽能發電系統子單元與電腦端連結。

This thesis presents the design and implementation of Micro maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller for PV-energy systems, and proposed buck-boost cascode converter as the maximum power tracker of the DC/DC converter. The system maximum power point tracking of the disturbance, and observation operation controller, and use the cascode architrcture to enhance the conversion efficiency. In response to now solar energy systems, the shelter or encountered the shadow of less conversion efficiency. Therefore this paper a distributed circuit architecture to reduce the concentration of solar power generation systems that are experiencing the shelter, the loss of the power converter. ZigBee wireless network using the network topology establish the communication network interface unit, and will be distributed through the network communication sub-units of solar power systems and the computer links.
