摘要


現今的企業導入各項資訊系統輔助營運,藉由網路通訊科技的普及,破除跨時空和地點的限制,提供各個部門在不同時間進行資訊溝通和業務流程。經過長時間的累積,系統累積許多寶貴的商業資訊,我們可以透過資料分析或探勘等方法,來找出對企業決策有幫助的資訊。 目前台灣產業多數企業運用 Lotus Domino/Notes 做為內部溝通平台,因為 Lotus Domino/Notes 在開發設計方面具有彈性、完善溝通平台並且在使用權限的控管安全性相對較為完善等優點,故 Lotus Domino/Notes 成為企業在建置協同合作平台的首選。 本研究主要目的利用 JAVA 開發資料探勘功能模組(決策樹、關聯法則),透過 web services 整合至 Lotus Domino/Notes,進而利用 OLE(Object Linking and Embedding)語法在 Lotus Domino/Notes 呈現圖表結果。此研究的目的在於針對業界現有 Lotus Domino/Notes 的系統可在不改變架構下,快速導入資料探勘模組,以增加資料分析的功能。

Today, many business implement information systems to assist processing. With internet communication technology has become popular as well as providing communication and work procedure for each department in different time. The information system has been recorded much valuable business information with time. We can use data mining and analysis to find the helpful information for business. In Taiwan, most of business applied Lotus Domino/Notes to be a platform for intranet communication. Because of the advantages of Lotus Domino/Notes, such as flexible develop, perfect communication, and security. Lotus Domino/Notes is welcome of business to build a collaboration platform. This thesis has presented a data mining modules (decision tree and associate rules) using JAVA. The modules are integrated in Lotus Domino/Notes through web services. Then the Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) is used to further present a graphical result on Lotus Domino/Notes. This thesis is subject to implement data mining modules rapidly in existing Lotus Domino/Notes system of business, and adds the ability of data analysis.
