摘要

由於我國目前全民健保納保率達到99%以上，使得健保資料成為醫藥衛生相關領域研究中具有代表性的實證資料。在全民健康保險研究資料庫裡收集了全國人民完整就醫記錄，可經過適度的彙總以進行資料探勘與相關的分析。因此本論文期望透過導入商業智慧，以糖尿病為例，建置一個資料倉儲系統。針對病患、醫事機構、藥品等多維度分析角度搭配資料探勘和線上分析技術來探討糖尿病醫療資源利用情形。

In Taiwan, the people who have joined National Health Insurance accounts for more than 99% of all. Therefore, the National health insurance database has become a typical and empirical data for related works. The National health insurance database has collected entire medical records of people. So, the records need be summarized appropriately before further data mining and related analysis.
This thesis has presented a data warehouse system applying business intelligence for a case study for diabetes. A mesh-up method is used to explore the medical resources utilization for diabetes. In which method combines data mining, on-line analysis processing and multi-dimensional analysis from patients, medical institutions, and drugs.
