商業智慧應用於金融資產與負債管理決策之研究—以F集團企業為例

摘要

在企業完成企業資源規劃之建置後，日常交易的資料處理已相當完備。但大量資料的累積，所產生的龐大決策價值，將是企業下一步要深思、掘取用以提昇競爭力之所在。為彌補企業資源規劃系統在決策與分析方面的不足，商業智慧的導入可在原有系統下，依據企業本身的需求，藉由線上分析處理提供即時、正確的決策參考。本研究是以企業集團內企業資源規劃系統所累積之的資金調度數據資料為基礎，利用資料倉儲與線上分析處理技術，將龐雜以及散亂的資料整合、分析以提供財務部門之資金調度專業經理人員，作為資金調度決策參考的依據。
本論文基於集團企業中財務部門資金調度決策支援之觀點，目的在建置一資料倉儲整合儲存於企業資源規劃系統之日常交易資料，並利用線上分析處理技術予以分析，加上訂定之管理指標等，建構一個提供資金調度決策支援的系統。我們使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005及Strategy Companion Analyzer 2005等應用工具做資料的處理、分析與界面的設計，提供給使用者一個明確的資料分析結果和清楚的決策輔助，亦即提供最新且即時之集團企業內各公司之金融資產與負債部位資料，以多維度方式呈現，供決策者據以作為資金調度之決策資訊。目前資金調度決策支援系統，大都是金融機構為有效管理銀行資金而設計，很少運用於一般傳統企業之財務部門，特別是統籌集團內所有公司資金調度之財務部門。本研究發展之金融資產與負債管理企業智慧系統，可供類似之集團企業參考應用，以提升競爭力。

After an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is established in an enterprise, its daily transaction processing has been complete. But, as the data massively accumulated, how to extract its intrinsic decision value to promote enterprise’s competency must be seriously considered. In order to supplement shortness of the decision and analysis ability for the ERP system, enterprises begin to incorporate the concept of Business Intelligence (BI) into their existing system based on their requirement to provide timely and correct decision references using Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) technique. This study attempts to utilize those long term accumulated fund dispatching data on the existing ERP system of our case enterprise. Both technologies of Data Warehouse and OLAP are applied to integrate the disorderly and complicate information to provide financial managers analyzed results and assistance in making a good fund dispatching decision.
Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to establish an integrated data warehouse and apply the OLAP to analyze daily transaction data in the ERP system with determined management goal to implement a decision support system (DSS) based on the fund dispatching decision viewpoint from the financial department of a business group. We will use Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Strategy Companion Analyzer 2005 to accomplish data processing and analysis work as well as the interface design. The result of our DSS system provide newest and timely information of financial asset and liability positions in each company within the business group so that decision makers can have a clear decision support in fund dispatching. Currently, most related researches are especially designed for efficient banking capital management and few studies are for general financial department of traditional enterprise let alone that of the business group. This thesis has made a progress in this issue.
