鋰電池充放電監控管理系統之製作

摘要


因鋰離子電池具有:安全性最佳、具有大電流、循環壽命長、無記憶效應、適合應用於大功率電池的磷酸鋰鐵電池,也最有可能成為電動車電池的發展主流,或是其他用途。本文研製一套鋰電池監控管理系統,在自動量測下、透過平衡板與arduino控制將數據輸出,全程由監控管理系統控制充放電,來達到自動量測且記錄數據,可省去過多的監控時間及節省人力,且將數據提供後續研發者改善用,以低成本、省時和無人監控下,又以簡單的控制方式可以得到量測數據。

This Paper Development of A Set Lithium Battery Monitoring And Management System, In Automatic Amount of Measuring, by Balance Board And Arduino Control Output Data, Overall Control by the HMI Monitoring System Charge And Discharge, to Achieve the Automatic Measurement And the Recording of Data, Overmuch Monitoring May Be Omitted Time And Save Manpower, And Will Be Provide Follow of Data by Developers to Improve, to Lower Cost, Save Time And Without Any Monitoring, And Simple Control the Measured Data Can Be Obtained.
