嵌入式冷凍與空調故障診斷系統之研製

摘要


本研究主旨係利用可程式系統晶片(Programmable System on Chip, PSoC)進行冷凍空調設備故障診斷之設備研製。在現今社會冷凍產業占據相當重要的地位,例如:食品業、飲食業、農產業與生鮮食品業,都需依賴冷凍設備保鮮,因此確保冷凍空調設備穩定執行則是需注意的議題。 研究執行期間建立資料擷取平台,依據冷凍空調循環原理,在壓縮機、冷凝器、乾燥器、蒸發器與冷卻水出入口設置感測器。除此之外,用電輸入端亦裝置瓦特計,藉以完整儲存完整的各項冷凍設備之正常、故障數據。數據透過資料探勘(Data Mining)進行分析,評估感測器項目的獲利值,此舉可找出故障因子並化減感測器使用量。利用各項故障因子進行排列、建立初步的故障模型,並長期進行測量、微調故障因子分界點,將測試完成的故障模型撰寫至嵌入式可程式系統晶片。 本研究以低成本、高效率為目標,搭配嵌入式可程式系統晶片設計冷凍設備故障診斷系統,因此感測裝置、瓦特計將由感測晶片、霍爾元件取代之,且資料擷取平台與冷凍設備故障診斷系統同時進行測量比對,進行晶片感測數據差值補償,使故障模型在系統中可正確執行。另外,系統設計自動微調與RS232通訊功能,使系統可直接診斷不同冷凍設備並且與電腦做連結傳輸數據資料。 最後,使用一台電腦主機採用LabVIEW圖形化語言撰寫系統人機介面,整合資料儲存、網路功能、故障維修方式、簡訊提示與資料庫查詢等多項功能,並且可擴充連結至255台,同時進行監控,完成一套具有遠端監控之嵌入式冷凍設備故障診斷系統。

The main purpose of this paper is to develop the diagnosis system of air-conditioner by PSoC. Refrigeration using in the industries is one of the most significant subject nowadays, such as in foodstuff industry, catering trade, agricultural pursuits and fresh seafood. Those industries need to rely on refrigeration system to ensure freshness. The duration of execution, this study will be established the system of data collection which is stand on the principle of air-conditioning. The compressor, condenser, evaporator and inlet and outlet of cooling water of air-conditioner system will be set up sensors to collect data. In addition, the electricity input will be set up a wattmeter to amass the data in normal or malfunctioned conditions of air-conditioner. The system will find out the troubles of air-conditioner through analyzing the data by Data Mining. Build up the diagnosis model by all troubles which could be occurred on air-conditioning. Finally, this study will compile the practicable diagnosis models on PSoC. The purpose of this study is to reduce the cost and produce the high-effect system, so this system uses sensor chips and Hall components to replace the sensors and watt meters.Data collection system and diagnosis system will collect the data and contrast with each other in the meantime to ensure the system can execute correctly. Otherwise, this system will be adjusted to RS232 at later part. Finally, this diagnosis system can monitor 255 air-conditioners by one computer at the same time. The Interface which is edit by LabVIEW combines with the functions of data-saving, network-linking, providing repair ways of troubles, message warning and data-mining.
