機械式模內送料連續沖彎成形機之研發

摘要


本研究主要係針對汽車散熱片等薄板連續沖壓件之成形需求而開發一台機械式模內送料連續沖彎專用成形機,本機係利用模內送料的傳動方式,使薄板沖彎產品成形快速、準確,並具備自動送料之功能,提高機器的穩定度。 機械式模內送料之傳動設計主要採用凸輪機構,使得沖壓速度能達到150spm,大幅提高生產速度,並且將凸輪傳動系統放置油箱中,以達到完全潤滑的效果。改良為無需使用泵浦、冷卻系統來進行汽車散熱片之連續沖彎,使能大幅改善油箱溫度過高、漏油以及噪音問題等缺陷;另一方面藉由凸輪的作動軌跡,使得平板作相應的上下運動,平板兩側確實達到了位移同步性良好的功效。 透過本研究實際開模與成形機製作後進行沖壓成形,使得汽車散熱片專用成形機之精度達到成品公差值約±0.05mm以內,且建立了製程相關技術及模具設計,並且能控制其產品的品質要求。本研究除了成功開發出成形機使此薄板完成連續沖彎成形之外,相關之設計製造架構之製程參數可供類似產品之設計參考。

In this study, a mechanical progressive bending press with strips feeding in die interior has been researched and developed in order to manufacture the sheet progressive stampings for heating sink in automobile and other parts. This transmit types of strips feeding in die interior not only achieve the forming speed and accuracy of sheet stampings, but is also equipped with high stability of press with its automatic strip feeding function. With the employment of the cam mechanism for the transmit design of mechanical strips feeding in die interior, the stamping speed can reach 150spm, greatly promoting the production velocity. To obtain the full lubrication effect, the cam transmit system was immersed in the oil tank. Without utilizing the pump and cooling system for progressive bending of the automobile heating sink, such defects as high temperature in oil tank, oil leakage, and noise were substantially improved. In addition, the up-down motion in the plates was following the action orbit of the cam, contributing to the effect of motive synchronous in two sides of the plate. Produced by the developed progressive die and forming press and employing the stamping practices in the current study, the special forming press for automobile heating sink reached the accuracy of within the product tolerance ±0.05mm. The related technology and die design of this process were constructed, and the quality of products has been controlled too. The current study not only successfully developed the forming press for progressive bending of sheet metal, but also provided the process parameters related to the design and manufacturing of other similar products.
