當今組織使用資訊系統已成為一個很重要的環節,組織間無往不利都倚靠資訊系統的運作來降低成本支出,達到資訊系統實施的預期結果,提升組織與組織之間運行的效率。全台灣大專院校中所使用資訊系統的案例很多,不論是學校導入教學平台或企業導入ERP系統,導入的資訊系統機制及方式也不盡相同。因此,本文研究對資訊系統導入過程中使用者抗拒與組織對策進行探討與分析。 本研究目的主要探討雲端點名系統導入出現問題及改善後之影響,希望根據研究結果,提出建議與方法以供未來學校在導入雲端點名系統之參考。本研究是以國立虎尾科技大學為例,探討影響資訊系統導入之相關問題。研究方法採用質性研究訪談方式,以紮根理論為架構,深入訪談12個學生,以了解使用者對於學校導入點名系統之看法與感受。最後彙整所有受訪者之主題關聯圖,產生一共識圖與13個研究命題。 透過本文貢獻能提供此個案之經驗,導入新系統時兼顧到使用者可能產生的情緒、反應、意願等,提供未來研究相關議題之研究者做為參考。
Lots of universities have implemented various information systems to improve learning effectiveness, such as e-learning systems, course management systems, and roll-call systems. Understanding the factors that contribute to the success of systems implementation efforts is a central concern. User resistance is one of the major factors that affect the effectiveness of information systems implementation. Prior studies showed that some organizational strategies can deal with end-user resistance. Therefore, this study aims to discover the reasons for user resistance and to explore the relationship between user resistance and organizational strategies. For obtaining deeper insights of users, a case study research method was employed to study a roll-call system of a university in Taiwan. The grounded theory was adopted for data collection and analysis. A total of twelve participants were interviewed to gain their perceptions related to the roll-call system implementation. All the participants’ interviews were recorded and analyzed in order to conduct a consensus map. According to the consensus map, thirteen research positions were conducted. The results of this study show that applying organizational strategies can successfully manage user resistance. Additionally, some factors have impacts on user resistance, including personal belief, system quality, learning behavior, and perceived benefit.
