汽車艙溫冷卻效能研究

摘要


本研究主要是針對汽車之車艙熱流場加以熱流理論分析探討,包含車輛靜止狀態下,車窗全開與全關時的車艙內溫度變化;車載的冷氣系統具有足夠的除熱能力,但車輛引擎熄火後。空調亦停止作用。此時,受太陽輻射的影響,其能量部分吸收,部分反射,部分穿透,包括車頂篷、兩側車門、儀表板、玻璃窗及引擎所產生的熱,因而使車艙溫度逐漸上升。在實車量測過程中發現車窗關閉時,受太陽輻射及溫室效應影響車艙溫度高達63℃;而擋風玻璃下之儀錶板其溫度更高達77℃。 冷卻降溫系統是用,12V就能驅動的致冷晶片數個組成的致冷箱,加上12V小型風散把致冷箱的空氣送入車室,使車艙內有對流現象,使車艙最高溫度在陽光最強時段尚能降低約10℃,車艙溫度維持在50℃左右。最後會因為太陽輻射持續加熱於儀錶板加上周圍環境氣溫之因素,致使車艙溫度維持於穩定狀態。

This research is aims cabin at automobile the flow field and use the heat flow theory analysis discussion, contains, the all windows open and close with the entire time in the vehicle cabin the temperature change when the vehicles static condition; the air conditioning system could except heat energy, but the vehicles engine stop , the air conditioning also stops the function. This time, In the vehicle gauging process discovered when the entire window close, solar radiation and greenhouse effect influence vehicle cabin temperature reaches 63℃; and the instrument board temperature reaches 77℃. The temperature decrease experiment is suction outside air using the air blower of vehicle, and extract vehicle cabin high temperature air from the rear trim to outside. The experimental result showed works as the wind speed to be quicker, the cabin temperature drop proportion is also quicker, its best wind speed is 6m/s~8m/s, therefore when the vehicle cabin has the thermal convection phenomenon, the vehicle cabin maximum temperature reduce about 10℃ in the solar radiation strongest time.
